is holding an Awareness contest. Basically, whatever thing you want to advocate..do it. Anything from cancer to gay rights to liberalism, conservatism, anything you want to draw awareness to.
~The Contest Deadline is September 11th, 2006, and for good reason:

"sivamp's mother is a breast cancer survivor. She went into remission on September 11th, 2003. This is why our end date is September 11th. Any submissions dealing with breast cancer will be grouped together, and shown to sivamp's mother, whom will then choose one special award herself. This will be a physical award, and will require the winner to give their address to recieve the prize.
If you create a piece on breast cancer and would like to be left out of this side-contest please mention it in your note."

Is hosting a contest, and a very unique one in our opinion here at =DAContest. To quote the journal entry itself, which can be found Here,
